Omniscient
Omniscient is a super simple Doom IWAD patcher, allowing you to patch/convert between most versions of every major IWAD. It’s written using native Win32, but also works perfectly under Wine.
To use this tool you must already legally own a copy of the game whose IWAD you wish to patch. If you are looking to acquire IWADs, then you can buy most of the supported commercial games from Steam or GOG.com.
